The hotel has five themed room concepts, giving families the option to continue the LEGO experience beyond the park itself. Staying overnight can also make sense if you want to turn your LEGOLAND visit into a short resort break rather than fitting the park into a rushed day trip.

For a one-day visit, staying near the park is most useful if you’re travelling with children, want an early start, or prefer to take breaks during the day. If you’re visiting LEGOLAND as just one stop on a wider Shanghai itinerary, staying elsewhere in the city may be more practical.
